Custom Large Fiberglass Bird IP Sculpture

This custom large fiberglass bird sculpture features an artistic peacock-inspired character with an expressive oversized eye, layered feathers and a

 decorative crown. The combination of teal, green, blue, cream and gold creates a distinctive IP-style appearance suitable for theme parks, shopping

 malls and large public spaces.

The sculpture is primarily made from fiberglass with a reinforced metal internal structure. Fiberglass is lightweight, durable and suitable for producing

 large curved surfaces, detailed feathers, smooth facial features and complex character forms. Resin, acrylic, stainless steel, lighting components and

 other materials can also be incorporated according to the project requirements.

Different types of birds can be customized, including peacocks, parrots, owls, eagles, cranes, flamingos, swans and original fantasy birds. Each character

 can be designed in realistic, cartoon, elegant, colourful, futuristic or highly stylized forms.

The bird’s head, beak, eyes, feathers, crown, body proportions, pose, expression and colours can all be customized. Available formats include oversized bird

 heads, bust sculptures, complete standing birds, flying birds, bird families, mascot figures and monumental entrance installations.

Detailed hand painting can be completed in almost any colour combination. Available finishes include matte, glossy, metallic, pearl, gradient, antique and

 other decorative effects. Outdoor-grade paint and protective coatings can be applied to improve weather resistance and colour stability.

The layered feathers can be individually shaped and painted to create a more refined appearance. Transparent, translucent, metallic or illuminated elements

 may also be added to the feathers, eyes, crown or base.

LED lighting can be integrated into the eyes, feathers, base or surrounding decorations. Sound, simple mechanical movement and interactive effects may also

 be incorporated according to the artistic concept, operating environment, safety requirements and maintenance conditions.

Production can follow client drawings, sketches, reference images, 3D files or authorized IP design documents. If only an initial idea is available, assistance 

can be provided with character development, body proportions, facial expression, feather arrangement, colours and 3D modelling.

Both life-size and monumental bird sculptures are available. For oversized projects, the head, beak, crown, neck, body, wings, tail feathers and base can be

 designed as separate transportable sections.

Detachable connections and concealed assembly points can be developed according to container dimensions, transportation conditions and site access. Each section

 can be pre-assembled and checked in the workshop before packaging and delivery.

The internal metal structure, base plate and anchoring system can be designed according to the sculpture’s dimensions, pose and installation environment. For

 outdoor projects, wind resistance, drainage, structural connections and future maintenance can also be considered.
