This custom fiberglass humanoid robot bust sculpture features a futuristic human-like face combined with detailed mechanical components. The
streamlined head, illuminated eyes, layered armour and visible robotic structure create a strong science-fiction appearance suitable for
technology, entertainment and commercial display projects.
The main shell can be made from fiberglass with a reinforced metal internal structure. Fiberglass is lightweight, durable and suitable for producing
smooth facial surfaces, curved armour panels and complex mechanical forms. Resin, acrylic, stainless steel, plastic, lighting components and other
materials can also be combined according to the required details and visual effects.
The robot’s facial features, head shape, armour, mechanical joints, body proportions, colours and surface finish can all be customized. We can produce
robot busts, half-body sculptures, life-size humanoid robots and large-scale futuristic character installations.
The sculpture can be manufactured as a static display or combined with LED lighting. Lighting can be integrated into the eyes, head, chest, base and
mechanical details. Different lighting colours and effects can be selected according to the exhibition environment and project requirements.
Our artists can complete detailed hand painting in a wide range of colours. Available finishes include matte white, glossy colours, metallic silver,
brushed metal effects, antique metal, pearl finishes and gradient painting. Black, silver, gold and coloured mechanical details can be combined to
create a more realistic and layered appearance.
The visible mechanical structure can include artificial cables, pistons, gears, metal tubes, armour connections and other decorative components. These
elements can be produced from fiberglass, resin, acrylic, metal or mixed materials to enhance the technological appearance of the sculpture.
We can manufacture according to the client’s drawings, sketches, reference images, 3D models or authorized character files. If the client only has an
initial idea, we can also assist with character development, facial design, mechanical details, colour selection and 3D modelling.
The size can be customized according to the installation site. We can produce small exhibition models, life-size robot busts and large sculptures for
theme parks, museums and public spaces. The base, support structure and connection method can also be designed according to the sculpture’s size and
installation environment.
For oversized sculptures, the head, body, armour panels, mechanical parts and base can be divided into several sections according to the internal
structure, container dimensions and transportation requirements. Each section can be pre-assembled and checked in our workshop before packaging and delivery.
For outdoor projects, the internal metal structure, surface coating, drainage, wind resistance, base connection and installation method can be designed
according to local conditions. Weather-resistant paint and protective coatings can be applied to improve durability and colour stability.
Custom fiberglass humanoid robot sculptures are suitable for theme parks, science museums, technology exhibitions, shopping malls, commercial displays, film
and television sets, entertainment venues, brand events, stage backgrounds and futuristic-themed spaces.
Please send us your drawings, reference images, required dimensions, preferred colours, lighting requirements and installation information. We can provide
a customized design and production proposal according to your project requirements.
For existing film characters, game characters or branded IP designs, clients should provide authorized design files or confirm that they have the necessary
production rights. We can also help develop an original humanoid robot character for new commercial projects.
