This large fiberglass horse and stagecoach sculpture is a custom themed installation created for an outdoor entertainment environment. The complete composition combines oversized horse sculptures, a Western-style stagecoach, decorative wheels, harness details and architectural finishes to create a highly visible landmark for visitors.
Rather than treating the horses and carriage as separate decorative objects, the project was fabricated as one coordinated themed environment. The proportions, colors, structural connections and surface details were developed to maintain a convincing visual relationship between the horses and the stagecoach at a large architectural scale.
The horse sculptures are produced using fiberglass reinforced resin, allowing detailed modeling of the muscles, mane, facial features, harness and other sculptural elements while keeping the overall structure suitable for large-scale fabrication.
For oversized installations, an internal supporting structure can be engineered according to the sculpture dimensions, installation location and structural requirements. Large components can also be fabricated in sections for transportation and assembled on site.
The production process can include 3D development, sculpting, mold making, fiberglass forming, internal reinforcement, surface finishing, painting, trial assembly and export packing.

For outdoor projects, the material system and internal structure can be adjusted according to the installation environment, sculpture dimensions and project requirements.
Large themed sculptures require more than an attractive exterior. Transportation, lifting, connection points, structural stability and on-site assembly need to be considered during fabrication.
At Jessie ArtWorks, large sculptures can be trial assembled before shipment and divided into practical transport sections when necessary. This allows the finished installation to retain the intended visual impact while remaining manageable for international transportation and site installation.
