Custom Large Mirror-Polished Stainless Steel Spheres

These large mirror-polished stainless steel spheres create a striking visual feature for plazas, parks, hotels, shopping centres, gardens and architectural spaces. Their highly reflective surfaces capture the surrounding buildings, landscape, sky and visitors, allowing the sculpture to change naturally with its environment.

Each stainless steel sphere is fabricated from accurately formed metal sections. The sections are welded together, and the welds are carefully ground and polished until the surface becomes smooth and continuous. Repeated grinding and polishing are required to achieve a clear mirror finish without visible seams.

We can use 304 or 316L stainless steel according to the installation environment. The diameter, wall thickness, internal support structure and fixing method can be customized for each project. Large spheres can be produced as individual sculptures or arranged in groups to create a larger public art installation.

For oversized projects, the sphere can be designed in transportable sections and assembled at the installation site. The base structure and fixing points can also be prepared according to the foundation, wind conditions and public safety requirements.
