Custom Large Foam and Fiberglass Bull Sculpture

This custom large bull sculpture is carved from high-density sculpting foam to create the animal’s muscular body, facial features, skin folds, hooves and horns.

 The sculpture can be produced as a lightweight foam display or reinforced with fiberglass for greater strength and durability.

The bull’s size, breed, body proportions, horn shape, facial expression, pose and movement can all be customized. Available poses include standing, walking, running,

 charging, resting and other dynamic forms. Realistic, stylized, geometric and artistic animal designs can also be produced according to the project requirements.

In addition to bull sculptures, the same production process can be used for horses, deer, elephants, tigers, lions, bears, camels, dinosaurs, birds and many other 

animals. Each sculpture can be developed according to the client’s preferred animal, dimensions, movement and installation environment.

High-density foam is suitable for creating large volumes and detailed shapes while keeping the overall weight manageable. For projects requiring greater strength or 

outdoor durability, the foam model can be coated and reinforced with fiberglass. A metal internal structure can also be incorporated according to the sculpture’s size, 

weight, pose and installation conditions.

Fiberglass animal sculptures can withstand long-term commercial display and are suitable for both indoor and outdoor projects. The shell thickness, internal metal frame,

 base plate and anchoring method can be designed according to the local environment and structural requirements.

The surface can be finished with outdoor-grade paint in realistic or customized colours. Available treatments include detailed hand painting, matte finishes, glossy finishes,

 natural animal textures, gradient colours, metallic effects and other decorative finishes. Weather-resistant protective coatings can be applied to improve colour stability and outdoor durability.

Production can follow client drawings, sketches, reference images, photographs or 3D models. If only an initial idea is available, assistance can be provided with the animal’s pose,

 proportions, overall composition, colours, dimensions and 3D design.

Both life-size and monumental animal sculptures are available. For oversized projects, the head, horns, legs, body, tail and base can be designed as separate transportable sections.

 Detachable structures and concealed connection points can be developed according to container dimensions, road transportation conditions and site access.

Each section can be pre-assembled and checked in the workshop before packaging. The internal support, base structure and installation components can be planned to make international

 transportation and on-site assembly more practical.

For outdoor installations, wind resistance, drainage, base connections, surface protection and maintenance requirements can be considered during structural development. The finished

 sculpture can be installed on a customized fiberglass, stone-effect, metal or concrete base according to the project environment.
